This on-trend kitchen marries shaker style cream cabinets with Iroko real wood worktops. A modern ceramic surface mounted sink completes the classic look.
Work has completed on an Edwardian semi in Hove. The job involved removing pebbledash and re-rendering the ground floor front elevation, redecorating all exterior woodwork and adjusting the garage opening to allow for the installation of a remote control garage door.
Internally an open-plan living space was divided to create a sound-proofed office/studio for a local film score composer. Accoustic board, insulation and off-set studwork were all used to minimise sound transfer between this new office space and the family living room. Other works undertaken include repair to a leaking flat roof, redecoration of the internal hallway and installation of an Acova vertical 2 column hall radiator.

brightspace has been busy with a flat refit (kitchen, bathroom, plastering and electrical rewiring). The landlord, who has used brightspace for building and renovation work previously, is delighted with the work undertaken at this one bedroom flat in the Seven Dials area of Brighton.
brightspace was engaged following recommendation to this client. Nearing completion, here are photos of the works to date (rear extension design and build, loft room conversion wetroom design and installation, complete interior and exterior redecoration, structural adjustments, pine floor restoration, wood burning stove installation, bespoke cabinets and shelving systems, and electrical rewire)
Brighton public house, The Railway Bell, has just had a complete make over. brightspace undertook this installation at short notice following a delay in the redesign of the property in central Brighton.
brightspace was delighted to be engaged by this customer again, following a bathroom installation earlier last year http://brightspace.info/?p=301.
Although the cabinets were mostly retained, the breakfast bar was repositioned following a drainage adjustment, and every other aspect of the kitchen was renewed, including stone work tops, porcelain tiles, reclaimed maple flooring, new light fittings and a replastered ceiling, high gloss cabinet doors.
This Georgian flat in central Brighton has undergone a complete renovation – a new kitchen, bathroom, some bespoke storage, top to bottom plastering and redecoration, new carpets/rubber flooring and an electrical rewire.
This project involves installation of a new kitchen (Magnet – Strata with iroko work tops), new shower room (Victoria Plumb & SimpleBathrooms) and redecoration of the entire property. There is some bespoke storage being designed and built too..
